Ernest Cunningham
President and CEO
Mr. Cunningham (Ernest) is a principal founder of One Source Networks (OSN) and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. As a proven industry leader, Ernest brings many years of management, entrepreneurial, and finance experience to OSN. Ernest`s proven propensity for top line revenue growth, account retention and strong leadership have been the continuing catalysts for his success.
Prior to One Source Networks, Ernest spent 8 years at Broadwing Communications and was instrumental in helping to build their National Accounts and Wholesale Markets segments. Significantly growing the National Accounts program across Fortune 2000, Global 500 and Private 250 customer segments, Ernest also aggressively drove sales in the Wholesale Market to be the highest producing group in the company.
Ernest was also a top producer at Westel Communications and Logix Communications for several years.
In addition, Ernest brings a wide spectrum of entrepreneurial knowledge and experience to OSN from outside of the Telecommunications Industry. Ernest has used his financial savvy and strong work ethic to build a successful multi-million dollar Real Estate Holding and Management Company. Ernest earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Management Minor from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX in 1994.

Tim Rigdon
Executive Vice President, Sales
As one of One Source Network`s founders, Mr. Rigdon (Tim) leads OSN`s Global Sales Organization. With over 17 years of successful sales leadership and management experience in the National and Global Accounts arena, Tim has held numerous sales leadership and management positions.
His previous experience includes an eight-year tenure at Broadwing, where Tim was instrumental in developing a National Accounts program that grew from start-up to over $300 million in annual revenues. In addition, he started and led the company`s successful Systems Integrator channel program.
Tim has consistently provided significant revenue growth in all of his Sales Leadership and Management positions and contributes his success to one overriding theme: “If you stay laser focused on serving the needs of your customers, everything else will fall into place.” Tim received his Bachelor`s degree from the University of Mississippi.

Daniel S. Tyler
Chief Technology Officer
Joining One Source Networks in 2008, Mr. Tyler (Dan) is one of the founders and serves as Chief Technology Officer. Dan is responsible for all aspects of One Source Networks` architectures, product development, and customer network design services. He also monitors new and emerging technologies and sets the strategic technical direction of the product portfolio to ensure all customer technology requirements are met.
Dan brings to his position over 20 years of diverse telecommunications, management, financial and accounting expertise. During his career he has assisted in the design and implementation of the world`s largest enterprise networks, including many of the Fortune 500 backbones.
Dan joined OSN from Level 3 Communications via Broadwing Communications where he led National Accounts and Enterprise Sales Engineering organizations. In these roles, he was instrumental in helping to build Broadwing`s very successful Enterprise business by productively leading customer technology requirements into the design and implementation of their DWDM, Frame/ATM, Ethernet, VPLS/MPLS, IP, and VoIP/SIP network architectures.

Jeff Betteker
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Betteker (Jeff) brings over 30 years of engineering, operations and sales experience in the competitive Local Exchange Carrier and Inter Exchange Carrier industry to One Source Networks. Serving as Chief Operating Officer since 2009, Jeff`s primary focus is enhancing the customer experience, through increased attention on driving business, and overall operational improvements. Prior to joining OSN, Jeff held the role of Senior Vice President at Level 3 Communications with responsibility for the Enterprise Sales Engineering organization.
Before assuming his role at Level 3, Jeff spent 20 years with Satellite Business Systems and MCI Communications, developing and leading engineering and operations processes and procedures. During his tenure at MCI, Jeff was instrumental in the development and implementation of application solution selling programs supporting numerous Fortune 500 customers to help improve their competitive go-to-market strategies. In his role at Broadwing, Jeff held executive leadership roles in Strategic Customer Engineering, Service Provisioning, Sales Engineering, RFP development and Sales Training. In these roles, Jeff contributed greatly to the foundation and development of Broadwing’s National Accounts program, which ultimately produced revenues of $300 million per year.

Gina Nomellini
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Nomellini (Gina) is Chief Marketing Officer for One Source Networks. In her role as CMO, Gina leads marketing, product management and vendor management for OSN.
Bringing nearly 15 years of global telecommunications experience to OSN, Gina most recently served as Vice President, Global Product & Marketing for Telstra International. She was responsible for Telstra International`s full suite of products, including development of the global Ethernet portfolio as well as overseeing the marketing and development of services for the company`s multinational client base.
Prior to Telstra International, Gina led product management for domestic and international off-net services at Level 3 Communications and Broadwing Communications. Her roles have included product marketing and management for both traditional and emerging technologies, strategic management of outside consulting firms, market research, competitive analysis, and vendor management.
Gina earned her bachelor`s degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, Washington DC, and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brent McCutchin
Vice President, Revenue
Joining One Source Networks in 2010, Mr. McCutchin (Brent) serves as Vice President, Revenue.
With a varied telecom career including leadership roles at Broadwing Communications and Level 3 Communications, Brent understands and delivers operational and management models, which produce high-performing teams, and offers exceptional service to Enterprise customers. Under Brent`s leadership, these organizations delivered in excess of one billion dollars in total billed revenue.
Prior to OSN, Brent also held technical and critical delivery roles at MCI/WorldCom Global Accounts NYC and GE Capital Consulting in San Francisco.

Brian P. Jones
Vice President, Sales Mid Atlantic
Mr. Jones (Brian) has been guiding large business clients` telecommunications decisions for over 25 years. Brian`s desire to cultivate strong relationships, his passion for differentiating service delivery, and his insight for crafting creative and cost-efficient network solutions led him to join One Source Networks as Vice-President, Sales in 2008.
Brian previously worked at MCI over a 17-year term, managing global voice and data networks for two of the world`s largest pharmaceutical companies. Brian also was instrumental in building the successful National Account program for Broadwing Communications (later Level 3) through long-term relationships with two strategic Fortune 10 clients.

Joseph S. Offshack
Vice President, Sales East
Mr. Offshack (Joe) joined One Source Networks in early 2009, and currently serves as Vice President, Sales East. He brings his extensive experience in implementing flexible business models along with building controllable and accountable carrier service models to large enterprises.
Joe`s previous career experience includes over 13 years of executive sales and management positions with Broadwing Communications. . As an instrumental leader in building the company`s National Accounts organization Joe built a number of key relationships with Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, banking, and e-commerce industries.

Rochelle Quinney
Vice President , Sales West
Joining One Source Networks in September 2008 as Vice President of Sales West, Ms. Quinney (Rochelle) brings to the company over 18 years of success and knowledge of voice and data communications. She draws from her previous years of experience with large communications companies including AT&T, Access, Brooks Fiber, Qwest, Broadwing and Level 3 Communications. Rochelle leverages her relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and orchestrates custom solutions based on her customers` needs. Rochelle truly creates a winning strategy amongst One Source Networks, her vendors and most importantly, her customers.

Tania Marion Glime
Vice President, Sales
Ms. Marion Glime (Tania) joined One Source Networks in May, 2009. Her career in telecommunication sales spans over 15 years. The past nine years she spent with Broadwing Communications, which was acquired by Level 3 Communications. She held top sales and management positions there and was instrumental in growing the National Account program focusing on the healthcare vertical. Among her responsibilities were maintaining and growing a nationwide network of sales representatives, while providing outstanding customer service and support.
She maintains her close relationships with her customers through One Source, ensuring that custom designs are implemented on time and within budget, with superior support, exceeding desired results.
