Position Openings

Title:  WAN Network Support Technical Lead

Location:  Austin, Texas

Description: This position provides the candidate with the opportunity to provide tier 3 Cisco and tier 2 Juniper trouble shooting and routing support on a large wide area network. This position will work in conjunction with the existing Network Monitoring and Level 1, Level 2 Network support personnel to provide a highly responsive customer support experience.

  • Responsible for the review, qualification, and ownership of complex enterprise development support calls or tickets that include multiple products, to include Cisco and Juniper routing infrastructure. 
  •  Should be capable of performing in-depth analysis of memory dumps/network traces while developing scripts or mechanisms to replicate reported problems. Independently addresses complex customer situations by using appropriate communication planning and follow through that helps drive confident communication.
  • Provide clear documentation of issues and leverage cross-functional teams and working relationships with senior-level players in their areas of expertise
  • Must have detailed knowledge of BGP, OSPF and other routing protocols. should include networking hardware and advanced networking.
  • Must have thorough understanding of WAN architectures.
  • Experience with SIP Networking preferred.
  • Direct Technical support experience of 2 years or more required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years experience in progressively responsible roles associated with IT and a minimum of 7 years direct network administration experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the OSI reference model and TCP/IP
  • CCNP and or equivalent experience troubleshooting a Large WAN environment
  • Demonstrated experience with JUNOS
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate technical terms/concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in a process driven environment
  • 2+ years working at or directly with a telecommunications service provider

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • SIP voice Networking and Troubleshooting
  • Juniper certification a plus
  • Experience with Juniper and CISCO firewalls

Location:  North Carolina

Description:  Experienced and driven Data Center and Network Sales Account Executive needed for the #1 telecommunications company, as ranked by the 2011 Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies in America.   Here’s a chance for a driven, independently motivated individual to directly add to the growth of this dynamic company.  The job entails selling and promoting OSN’s Greensboro, NC data center to Fortune 1000 businesses.  In addition to this data center, the account executive will have an opportunity to sell facilities-based voice and data solutions, leveraging 100’s of global supplier relationships managed and developed by OSN’s experienced leadership team.
